crap. Ca't tell much from those low res movies. But even still, I must say it doesn't look very fantastic. Bad dribbling animations...... bad cutting between animations. Bad movement in general.

well its now official, unless a lot fo bugs get ironed out by the release, I wont be buying next gen until the price drops to 30 bucks.....

Yes the players footplant, but it seems like you get "sucked into" animations like in 2004, and there is horrible out-of-bounds detection (ala 2003). and EA is really promoting the all-star weekend (like 2005) and the FFS (like 06), nevermind the ball physics/dribbling

I'll be renting first..I switched my pre order to 2k7. Man..what's going on over at EA Canada? These videos look bad. I too, saw the choppiness..theres like a little delay between dribbles especially with Nash right before he hits that three pointer.

I really want to like this game..but these videos that they are releasing are too obvious.

Well lets remember 2K was far superior in 06 than live was on 360....

but lets also remember that 2K was far superior on the last platform jump... Live was horrible in the early days of PS2... but eventually over-took the 2k series in 04 i believe..

so hopefully this will happen again later down the line... 2K starts strong but they dont improve enough each year.. They stil have the same animations as the dreamcast game for dunks and layups lol

I always thought Live started out stronger, and 2k got better, 2k definately got better ratings from everyone last year.

Oh and anyways, I'm not really impressed with next gen game.

You should at least be able to use the "watch it now" option, try changing your media settings, at the top of the pop up screen. If you're not getting a popup at all, you might have popups blocked.
It is hard top tell a lot from those small, compressed vids, as Cam sad, but what's up with all the turnovers in the second vid? It's hard to tell if that's happening by cpu or if someone's controlling the action.
I agree, I'm not sold on Live yet. I may go with 2k7, 'cause it's looking to be the more complete game, with tv style presentation that I want. EA sports titles all seem to try to do flashy cut scenes & stuff that the developers like, rather than tv style presentation which is more realistic (to me, at least).
