There you will find the ratings of the first round pick players and some second round pick players ratings.

i dont understand. hoe do i see all of the players in to the game.
what does it means to create the player and copy all of the files to the sgsm folder.how do i create a player and edit him to fit to the face(create a player in the game maybe?).
and where would i see the players in the free agent or the draft in dynesty mode?
