right, meaning they are not injured. If you want to make one injured, look at the injury.dbf file and use the ID of an injury in that file to change that column in the players.dbf for the specific player you want to injure.
As long as their ISPLAYABLE field is set to False, they should be out indefinitely. It also doesn't matter which injury you assign, it's the recovery date that matters. If you're looking to make the injury report realistic though, you'll probably want to opt for a broken leg or torn ACL.
