When Can we have the new 12/13 season rookie??

When the rosters are done and not a moment sooner. I have repeatedly asked people not to pester me about the rosters; every time I'm hounded about them, I get closer and closer to pulling the plug on them entirely because they are becoming more and more of a chore. In short, if you want to see new rosters, hush.
