No Sir. It is not compatible for NBA Live 06.

Even the last is not compatible for NBA Live 06. It seems that NBA Live 06 Locale string can not be able to edit anymore. Thanks Sir andrew for your answer. Much appreciated.

Strange, that one was supposed to be compatible for NBA Live 2005 through NBA Live 08. Unless there's another one that's been lost, those are the only ones that have been made available.
