I would like to update arena speech. I just played NBA Live 06 since last week. I don't know what to do with this.

Looks like there's an error in the batch file that's distributed with the speech update. A working version of the speech update with the IDs already correctly assigned is included in the full version of the NBA Live PC Project though; if all else fails, I'd recommend installing that or at least using the coaches.dbf file from the latest rosters (you could download the roster only version for that).
