Try this - http://download.nba-live.com/index.php?act=view&id=2248. Not sure if it will work for NBA Live 06, but it should work Live 07 and 08.

NBA Live 07 rosters won't work with NBA Live 06 without some database work. Most of the art however would be compatible without conversion/further modification.

If anyone can source the Euroleague Mod for NBA Live 06, we can of course mirror it here on the NLSC so it doesn't get lost again.

Well i made a patch called Europe 2008 3 years ago at my site here www.nba-live-edit.forummotion.com . But i ve lost it and all of the cf's i have made . If someone has it it would be great !
