What is the nba live 06 pc project

I use to have nba live 06 for the ps2, now i'm getting it for the pc. And i'd like to know what the nba live 06 pc project is? I'm new to the live 06 for the pc.

its a complete update project that changes the gameplay and graphics of the game.
