opening .bin files

does anyone know of a way that one could open and edit the lineups.bin , cashdata.bin, nbastaff.bin, offseasn.bin, plyrevol.bin, primacy.bin, and tradeval.bin files that are in the main NBA Live 06 Directory (EA Sports\NBA Live 06)?

no tool to open them, but you can use a hex editor to take a look at the files


...there isnt anything to those files though
