Primacy in Ratings Screen Mod

Postby Andrew on Mon May 17, 2010 5:14 pm

Here's another quick menu screen mod, this time for NBA Live 06. It will restore access to the Primacy rating in Create-a-Player and Edit Player, removing the need to use DB Commander to edit Primacy ratings. Download it here.

Please note that it will not solve the problem of automatic Primacy recalculation; to resolve that issue, please use the Primacy Fix batch file included with the current roster update.

You're welcome. Helps out a little, shame it doesn't stop the recalculation though.

I've got kinda used to the auto primacy re-calculations. I take it as when someone is injured, he can't be scoring heaps still. Or even a good player having one of those "off" days.

They're well-intentioned, but because they don't revert back or re-calculate logically after a trade, the results usually aren't desirable over the course of the season. Of course, that's up to the individual user. :)

Still having a batch file to re-calculate the primacy rating is a great idea, but sparingly though.

Absolutely, it need only be run after major injuries and trades, if desired.
