Remove FSS 06 Released

As requested, I've released a small fix that allows you to disable the Freestyle Superstars abilities in NBA Live 06 rosters quickly and efficiently. Please note that it does not remove Freestyle Superstars from the game and you can re-enable FSS abilities if you wish. There's no quick undo option though, so you'll need to either restore from a backup or reinstall the roster update you're using. The fix will work with the rosters in the NBA Live 06 PC Project as well as any custom roster you are using.
