1991-92 Roster Patch

Someone please help, I've been looking for this patch ever since I got 06(a year & change) someone has to have it. I have a 97-98 roster patch if anyone is interested but I'd rather have 91-92, that has to be my favorite year in basketball. I have the 1991-92 patch for 07 but I am completely clueless when it come to conversion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
