S.Laxton-69 Rating

And i still couldn't get him.How can I???

Assuming there's no problem with salaries, sometimes the CPU just doesn't want to give up a highly rated player even though the package you're offering has a higher combined overall rating than the total overall rating of the players you'd be receiving. If they're winning the CPU is more hesistant to trade their best players and sometimes they just won't want to make a trade, just like in real life.

make sure atlanta has high interest in your players, sometimes one will do! offer someone else that they have a position missing in.
