How Can I Change The Starting Jerseys of the All-Star Teams,because i cant Play the NBA All-Star Game??

every time i try to play it the game crashes??

You need to edit the teamgear.dbf file from your roster save folder. Open this with DB Commander and search for values 30 and 31 in the field "TEAM", those are the ASG teams. If you find all jerseys for them, start editing the "JERSEYTYPE" field. 0 is default home, 1 is default away, other values won't be used by default, so just assign new numbers for the jerseys and try another as default until you find the working one.
