TGhe ratings might be off
I took some files from 08 roster (alby maybe?) and made some changes for 06, others from one of the 06 roster.
Use sgsm from the main thread and you've got rosters with rookies to play with.
Ratings will have to be adjusted for the 06, probably

1. Does it crash when used in Dynasty mode?
2. Any missing faces or do we have to search in the main thread to get our own Rookies face patches / portraits?

nice rosters with beasly and other rookies..but how can we fix the pink shoes and pink heads?where's the sgsm?thanks anyway..

you have to download the corresponding shoe patches from other patching threads for the pink shoes..or you can just change the shoes through the "Edit player" feature ingame individually with your available shoes...

for the pink heads, download the face patch of the player that has a pink head.. you can use the CF's made for Live 08, 07

oh and the SGSM folder is usually located through this path..

C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 06\sgsm

you just paste the "fsh" files from patches that you will download...

ok i have fixed the pink faces..now all of my players including the rookies have cf..
now my question is ..can i use the shoe patch from 08 to live 06 without any problems?

i did a bit of work with shoes
i never really cared about shoes in nba, so i just copied the original files over
now we have rookies and no green shoes
ratings are taken from one of the 08 patches and... khm, i don't really like them, i played as portland and all my shooters are almost the same

nope.. i believe you will paste the folder in your Saves folder then load it in your game...

save it here:

C:\......\My Documents\NBA LIVE 06\saves

then start Live06 and load the rosters..

it's a roster patch with some of the latest rookies..but without cyberface and shoes..you have to experiment on everything..for me i just downloaded the rosters of sir albys from live08 with some of the rookies..applied this rosters,used the fsh files from sir albys and manually replace the shoes for every player who has pink shoes..and now it's so sweet to play with the latest players from nba..how nice to play o.j mayo and the rest of the grizzlies..

note:the volume 2 doesn't work for dynasty though..

It won't work if you just try to use the 08 roster save with 06.

you don't get it man..i said i used this roster of sir badwolf..and used the fsh files from sir albys roster,so the rookies will have their cf..

I'll make an update soon, some rating changes, old farts like Barry are nerfed, some other minor changes, latest trades
I use KingJames CFs, there are some others out there in 08 section

I use and test these rosters mainly for online play, so I'm not sure about how that transfers to dynasty or sims.

It's a good roster and it will be appreciated more if you could release your sgsm with it so we don't have to look for all the cfs and shoes and what not individually.

Plus your missing Nathan Jawai, Will Solomon, & Roko Ukic from the Raps, and why is Joey Dorsey rated 0 in the FA Pool shouldn't he be on the Rockets? or did i miss something about him?

v4 crashes..during sim of the dynasty mode..

can't even fix..even if you replace the birhstate.dbf and birthtown.dbf..

it crashes when you sim the training camp during dynasty..
