The current roster update that will be part of the NBA Live PC project for NBA Live 06. If you're talking about any other game, then this thread does not belong in the NBA Live PC section.

Will there be a new Coaches update patch included in the roster because there are a lot of changes in Coaching.

I believe the NLSC team has factored those changes into their project as well. As far as I know, the updates will be accurate (at least 99.98%) to the date of the release.

Yes, the rosters will include the usual updates from missing players to player ratings to coaches.
