Dynasty won't start anymore!

I tried creating a new Dynasty using Spree8's update for Live 06, But I found out that the game doesn't start the dynasty season anymore! Wahh!
Does Anyone have a solution??

Replace birthstate.dbf and birthtown.dbf with the default files from the originaldb folder, reload the rosters and try again.
