hair ebo's wont work...

i have a question.. i reinstalled 06 again and was wondering why won't hair ebo files for 07-08 patches won't work in 06.. other patches work perfectly but the hair ebo's just wouldn't..

anyone has ideas on this?

does anyone still has their 06 ebo's? coz i have marquis daniels,etan thomas, robert swift and others hair sticked their hair to their faces like they were wet.
