Not as far as I'm aware. I've never seen any updates for the PSP version.

Well here's my roster update for the PSP
just copy the (DATA.BIN & PARAM.SFO) to your psp/common/ULUS1024000 <- where your NBA Live profile resides. also delete the ULUS1024003 the second folder that has save data for dynasty, if you have a dynasty profile.

Im also looking for a roster update for live 06 for psp since 07 and 08 are simply inferior to 06.

If you happen to play NBA 08 on PSP (the sony one) they have a march roster update up for download
Its a pretty good bball game too compared to live 07 and 08
