how can i make all-stars wear their own team jerseys in the all-star game like the players in the rookie-sophomre game in my dynasty?

You can try changing the TEAMCODE values of the East and West All-Stars to match the one that used by the Rookies and Sophomores.

i've changed All-Stars TEAMCODE to 4(as to the Rookies/Sophomores TEAMCODE #) and there is no change...

The only other method I can think of would be to assign the players on the All-Star teams individual home and away All-Star jerseys through the old custom art method, but I'm not sure if that will work with NBA Live 06. I can't think of any other way to do it through DBF editing.
