Hello! Can someone upload "NBAL 06" /loc folder? I really need it.

Sorry, it's against the Forum rules to distribute those files. Copy the folder from your NBA Live 06 disc or reinstall the game to replace any missing or damaged files.

I think you should have loc folder when you first installed the game. I agree with Andrew. You should reinstall the game.
