I went to the My NBA Live then clicked retired jerseys. there is nothing there and said" no retired jerseys at this time." is it supposed to be like that??

I mean player jersey. Once your player retires, usually players aged 33+, you will receive an email notice, timing of which is usually after the resign players mode. In the email you have the option to retire the player's jersey. If you choose to, when you start the first day of next season, goto My NBA Live first. View the retired jersey. When you exit you'll be asked to save your Live. Just click save and that's it.
