lighting on!?

hey anybody has a setting file that turns the lighting on?

please I wanna have it...

to turn the lighting on you're VC must support that setting..

There's a file that turns the lighting on even your VC does not support it.

I saw a topic about that and there is a download link but it was too old to download thats why I'm looking for a new link..
thus anybody have it?
