Help needed - How do I install LBJs shoe and face patches

The only patches I've used before are the roster updates, so sorry if this is a remedial question, but I couldn't find a tutorial for it.

I have installed LBJs latest roster update and noticed many of the shoes and faces are blank/pink. I downloaded the LBJ shoe patch, but cannot figure out what to do with it.

The shoe patch is full of .big and .fsh files - yet none of the existing Live06 files are in .fsh or .big format.

* What should I do with these files?
* What folder should they go in?
* Do I need to convert them to .viv or .dbf somehow?

Any help would be great. I really want to start a new dynasty with the latest rosters, but can't do it with pink shoes!

In one of the subfolders? And do I need to convert all the .fsh and .big files into one single .viv file?

Just extract them into the sgsm folder. That's all.

I have a similar problem, but I downloaded ReMix's latest rosters. Hope someone coud help?
