combining patches

I'm fairly new to playing live on pc, patches are tight, but i have a question:

Is there any way to combine elements of one patch with another?
I have the classic teams patch installed, i want some retro shoes for some of the players. I have the shoes patch but it crashes the game at times. Is it possible to take only the shoes i want, without loading the whole patch? Also if i wanted to add current nlsc rosters would that conflict with the classic patch?

Unfortunately not. You can only load one roster at a time.
