need help with new dynasty

ok well ive been trying out teams i wanna get in a dynasty with and i narrowed it down to either the chicago bulls OR the atlanta hawks, ive also been using playmakers playbooks selections http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic29604.php&sid=56cf3cc4cec86a9c78cda1eead5497c5 and those are the only two playbooks i feel comfortable with so let me kno wuts up and tell me what team i should go into a dynasty with, also, out of the two im looking for a team with good players coming off the bench, so help me out.
