Delete every player in the game...cuz i want to create all my friends...how to change the team names too..? Any tutorial for this? I need something like what Sit did for his FIBA Dynasty..

There are some dbf tutorials on nba-live.com, just check out the section, I'm pretty sure there's a tutorial for custom teams.

u can use NBA Live 06 editor to change team names.
