Replace existing tats

I was wondering if it's possible to replace the existing tattoos ( in the create your player section ) with selfmade tats.
First of all, where are these tattoos? And where can i find the alpha masks?

(by the way, can you tell me where I can find the alpha masks of the player's tattoos, the textures are in the xplrtex.viv, but the alphas aren't)!

Okay, I wanted to edit Iverson's tattoos. But as soon as I open the Index.fsh with the NFSH Tool it says:


These are the two files (it's just a simple tat..for testing the technique):






I can't convert the bmp to 8 bit! I hope you can help.
