Design jerseys

I just purchased NBA Live 06 for my PC because I was under the impression that I was able to create a custom team and import jersey designs. Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.

Check the 2005 and 2006 jersey downloads sections for tutorials for adding jerseys (dbf editing) and creating jerseys written by myself. Also look for templates made by Cable Guy and others. Check the 06 Patching section for more tutorials.
