Editing Draft Rookies

i got the prog to edit their stats, which i justify by keeping the total number of points the same, just making their ratings more balanced and realistic. but i got two rookies with the exact same face and hair. ironically at the opposing 5 and 1 positions. not a big deal but annoying the crap out of me. is it possible at all to edit their looks?

there is this "import face" feature but i dont really know how to make a face image as it is.
