updated OleEnglish roster with rookie speech

Links removed - don't steal patches.
for this to work you will need to extract the roster to your saves folder and extract the arena files to \yournbalivefolder\audio\speech\arena
the roster is updated up until August 10th. I've changed several player salaries as well.
and again major tnx go out to OleEnglish, Milo, Cwebbiverson and Samutei for making... well a huge part of this update
P.S. a huge apology goes out to cwebbiverson. I really didn't know that I was using your work and I apologize for not giving you the credit which you deserve. Great job on the speech files.
P.S. #2 I am not releasing anything as my own. I have stated that most of this update isn't even made by me and gave credit where it belongs. I just joined this forum today and I really didn't think that I would need permission to post this. If I do then I apologize to the people who I "stole" these files from. If you want me to, I will delete this post so the update won't be shared any longer. I made this update for fun as I am sure most of the people on here do and I didn't think that it would be such a big deal for me to release it. If it is then I am sorry. I thought that if the people who made some of these files didn't state anything about not letting people repost them without permission, then those people would be okay with the reposting. Obviously by some of the comments being sent my way I was wrong and I do apologize.

thanks for not giving me permission for the couple of speech files you stole away from me too(allan ray, leon powe, rajon rondo, solomon jones)....
i bet you did not get there permission to release it as ur own.

dude its probably not very smart to steal someone else's patches. did you even ask ole english and the other guys if you could even re-release their work?
least you can do is apologize to cwebb and give him full credit
