need help with tatoo

when i open a players tatoo fsh on paint or photo shop its just a black screen , but when i open a arm?? or leg?? i can see the picture clear ! how do i get another player tatoo and put it on my arm?? if the screen black ? i tried the tut that is posted but i didnt understand or they were talking about how to make your own tattoo but i want to mix some of the ones thats on players already. can someone HELP?
