searching for a patch

There was a roster patch I downloaded before, I think it was here. It was a patch where it added lots of country's national teams into the game such as Angola, China, Argentina...

I decided not to want it anymore, so I deleted the roster in my saves directory, and I also reseted my rosters in the game. The thing is even though those national team players are gone and everyopnes back in their own teams, the real eam names do not appear back. FOr example, what is supposed to be Atlanata, says Angola but with Atlanta's roster.

Can someone give me the link to this roster patch so I can see what files were part of the download? Cuz I'm thinking there are files in my sgsm folder that I also should have deleted to completely delete this whole international patch thing.
