Maurice Williams and Salim Stoudamire

I've looked on the three major NBA Live sites, 4thquarter, NLSC, and NBA Live.org, and nobody has any Salim Stoudamire or Maurice Williams cyberfaces, both of which are poor in game.

Does anyone have, or can they do, a high quality cyberface for either of these players?
