Do the other teams show how much they want to teade their players, or does it show how much we want them.

im not exactly sure but i think its how much your team needs the player

It's how much your team is interested in or needs that player in that certain position.

It's definitely your perceived interest/need for certain players. After all, the interest bar for the CPU teams' draft picks is usually full or high and they're seldom interested in trades involving draft picks.
