Will this card do me any good?

heres the thing.. i purchased a Compaq back in like December b4 this year..

i knew nothing of the expansion slots neither did i care.

upon finally wanting to get a grfx card , i came to realize that i have PCI slots.. that sux , especially when u find out that pci slots are like the Sega Genesis up against the new PCIe and even the AGP.

well now, basically i figured wtf and just decided to order a pci card anyway, to upgrade from the integated card that came with the pc...

i just wanted to kno if this card that i ordered will do me any justice..

u sure u don't have at least an AGP slot on your motherboard?
