How to install jerseys and jersey updates

I followed the instructions in the CJU readme. I was having slight problems with the dbf editing - I couldn't do it with the DBCommander, only with Excel. Eventually, however, I managed to edit it, but none of the jerseys were there. I installed them on a saved dynasty.
Any help for me?

When using Excel, it is easy to save in the incorrect format and therefore corrupt the file. It is much easier to do with DB Commander.
1.Open the file (teamgear.dbf)
2.Press down arrow key to create a new row of fields
3.Enter the values from the readme included with the jerseys.
Note: Editing the dbf is only necessary if using fictional jerseys that will serve as alternates/extras. Updating of default home and away should only require that of putting the .fsh file in the sgsm directory.
Try copying another teamgear.dbf from another save and follow the steps.

i dunno y but i did exactly what your steps say i unzipped the jersey n installed the fictional jerseys (i put the the .big and fsh files in sgsm folder while the .viv in the uniforms) but it still didnt wrk whats the prblm nuthing is working correctly for me

i have a kind of different jersey problem
i downloaded cableguys fictional jersey patch and installed them and all of them worked except for the lakers jersey and the raptors jersey, when u go to select a jersey the two jerseys dont have previews and when you try to chosse them anyways while the game is loading the game crashes.
another problem i have is that after i installed some of cableguys jersey other alternate jerseys wont install properly, i did all the dbf editing and everything should work but it doesnt. when i tried installing some other boston jerseys (http://www.nbalive.org/portal/file/763) the jerseys show up but the preview are of cableguys alternate boston jersey, and when i try to use the other alternate jerseys (http://www.nbalive.org/portal/file/763) the game crashes
