Good Trading Tips??

I want to trade Kurt Thomas, Rafer Alston(acquired for Eddie House), and Stephen Jackson(acquired for Radmanovic) for Minnesota's Eddie Griffin, Ricky Davis, and McCants or Banks. But they don't accept. What should I offer?

I also want a good PF/C that can rebound and be a sub for Shawn Marion, Amare Stoudomire.
My first option is Eddie Griffin and Ricky Davis(bump into a SF), and McCants or Banks.
Charlotte seems to be interested in a trade of Gerald Wallace and Felton for Alston, Kurt Thomas, and Barbosa but I want to keep Barbosa because he can score and is young. They won't accept any other player on my team......
