Can u change the draft order in dynasty mode??

no.
you can trade for the Picks though.
you can only change the draft order if you are starting a new Dynasty/Season and you begin with an entire league draft. i.e. shaq, lebron, KG all up for grabs.
after the initial start you can't trade the order though. unless there is a pc patch/hack.

Moved to 06 Dynasty Issues.
