how to control playing time

anyone know how to control a players playing time in dynasty.

I'm assuming you mean in simulation, since it's at your own discretion if you play the games without auto subs. There's no real way to control it through simulation, obviously starters and sixth men are given more minutes by the sim engine but you're at the mercy of the game when it comes to simulated strategy.
