How do you get the rosters on 2 the dynasty

If this is possible, can someone please tell me how. Thanks because i see some dynasties have the NLSC rosters on their dynasties. Some one please help me. Thanks

overwrite players.dbf with the roster u want!

Most of the Dynasty games have probably been started with a version of the roster. If you overwrite the dbf files in your Dynasty with the ones from the roster update, you'll lose season data.
