I don't think you can't use anyone else's franchise.dat file since it's different for each dynasty; so why not try to do it yourself? (Just remember to back up before editing anything.)

Yeah, I didn't think it was possible, but i thought that if it was it would be a nice addition to my draft patch. I'll probably try it myself when i get the time.
