Help to "unstack" my team

Postby eisfeld on Tue May 23, 2006 4:20 am

I play a fantasy drafted Dynasty - 8 min Quarters - Modified version of Andrew's sliders.

Well anyway, here's my current lineup:

C - Nenad Krstic
PF - Amaré Stoudemire
SF - Boris Diaw
SG - Quentin Richardson
PG - Tony Parker

Bench:
Tim Thomas
Darko Milicic
Smush Parker
A. Macijauskas
and a low 50's Center

I use Amarè as my main scorer, Parker second scorer and Tim Thomas 6th man. As this team is a little bit stacked and I don't want to restart my dynasty I hope you can help me to "unstack" this team.

I want to keep:
Nenad Krstic
Amarè Stoudemire
Boris Diaw
Darko Milicic
Tim Thomas

I want to acquire a decent 3 point shooter as starting SG with a lower overall rating (not higher than 70) and if I decide to keep Parker, a backup PG (e.g. Raul Lopez).

My team has a cap of app. 8.5 million $. Please not that I'm using the rosters that came with livlc22's aiact file, so the ratings of certain players (e.g. Darko) are not improved.

Thanks in advance!

Scroll through and find teams with alot of cap space, trade your high salaried, high rated players that you don't want to keep to those teams--- and take low-paid garbage (or whoever) in return.

I want to keep it realistic, so I don't want to trade for instance Quentin Richardson for a 60 overall SG directly.

So.. you're wanting to unstack your team by trading for evenly rated players, then? I'm not trying to make fun- I just don't totally understand.

And... keep in mind when considering realism.... Kenyon Martin went to Denver for draft picks.

Maybe I should have expressed myself more clearly :)

I don't want to make unrealistic trades like Quentin Richardson for Quintel Woods. I mean a trade like Quentin Richardson for Kyle Korver and a filler.

Edit:
I browsed through and I acquired FA Raul Lopez as Backup PG. So I definately want to get rid of Smush Parker and Quentin Richardson. I'm looking for a decent starting SG (3pt Shooter) and a backup C.

idk but if it was me i woudl trade Parker For Telfair since Telfair is a a good pg soon play maker if he is starter (happened to me)
Q-Rich to the worst team right now for couple drafts pick so u can draft out some very good poteintial SG

so then it may look like ..
C- Krstic
Pf-Amare
Sf-Boris
Sg- A draft pick or a more experience sg if u want to sign a sg
Pg - Telfair
