New Team

i created a new team using a tutorial, my team is complete with logos, players, i cant play them on play-offs, season nor dynasty! when i play them on play-offs, the computer said "all user teams are knocked out!"

anyone help!

You can only do a season or dynasty with 30 teams, that may be the problem. You might also have forgot to add to some of the .dbf files; I'm not sure what it would be though because I've never tried it.

i fixed the dbf files and theres still the problem

when u create a team...which files do you go through to get to teams.dbf?

Is it NBA Live 06 > Database > Currentdb > Teams.dbf ???

No, it's best to edit a saved roster rather than any of the files in the database folders.

not in the 06 nor in the 05 section..

It should be in the NBA Live 2005 section. I also wrote this a while back, I need to update it but the procedure remains essentially the same. It's still a matter of adding a new entry to the dbf files, there's just a couple of extra fields in 06's files which are listed in the editing guides (which can be found in the NBA Live 06 section on the main site).

i replaced the cleveland cavaliers! btw i have a problem on dynasty! after i created a dynasty using the custom team, my game crashes when i turn off the pda after reading the welcome message of the team owner.... help :!:

When you say you replaced the Cavaliers, are there still only 30 teams in Dynasty Mode and is your custom team set up to be a regular NBA team? If not, that's what could be causing the crash. Missing art files for the custom team might also be the cause, if you're also using custom team art.

yeah my custom team is now a regular team and still 30 teams, i also add the art files....
