Lebron James being called David Wesley??? Online

I notice that who ever direct connects to the person that is hosting a game with direct ip.You have to be the away team of course.


Then when you get the CAV's and you score with Lebron James it callsyou David Wesley. Both announcers and the guy up in the booth do this. Only if you join someone though. If you host it is fine...


I am wondering if it may be the patches I have picked up from this site like the roster update would have somethin to do with it. I know I copied all sgsm files over like you supose to and still I believe in just regular game sum coach's have no texture for heads.


Anyway is there a fix for Lebron being called Wesley on there or what?


I don't know if EA supported games do the same because I don't have a Login anymore. Can someone that knows a little something check this out for me and maybe find me a fix or a file to fix it?


ONCE AGAIN its only if you JOIN someone by direct ip by entering thier IP. The Person that is HOSTING the game will not have a problem.

It's a known bug, it has nothing to do with any updates and there isn't a fix for it. With NBA Live 07 in production I doubt EA will be open to releasing a patch at this point. It does seem to happen in IP to IP games moreso than games setup through EASO, at least in my limited experience.

LeBron has some of those wesley hops, maybe albert got a lil high before the game?

I consistently get every member of my team called the wrong name when I play on EASO. Haven't done an IP game this year yet.

Every time i play somebody online 90 percent of the speech ID's are wrong, and its the same ones that are wrong too, if i consisitently play with the sixers, iverson is always called iverson but igaudala is always called john barry, or something like that.

I love it when they call T-Mac by the name of Greg Ostertag.

I love when the commentators call kobe....chuck norris.
