Missing Jerseys

When i go to select a team's jersey, i notice a whole lot of them are missing. Where would i find all the jerseys to fill these empty slots up? I downloaded the "45 retro jerseys" pack but there still are a lot of missing jerseys. Please show me where to get them all. Thank you. Peace
