Ok, i've got a question: How to put coach F.Saunders to the Detroit Pistons? He's allready in the game(i found him in Coaches folder), but where i must edit? Please give me solid instruction. Thanx.

Moved to Patching Issues.
If you look in coaches.dbf you will find all the coaches in that roster. If he is in the coaches.dbf but not on Detroit, just assign him to team nr 7 (which is Detroit). But if he's not it coaches.dbf at all, you could just download Andrew's roster and copy his coaches.dbf.
By the way, next time, wait longer before bumping a topic like that.
