Field Goal Attempts?

How do you set how much a player shots in the game, cause sometimes I have people ranked 69 with a worst FG percentage then a 90 ranked person and that 90 ranked person only shoots like 7 or 5 FG attempts a game after coming back from injury.

It's because of the primacy rating. It's a attribute you can't edit without dbf editing. And when a player returns from injury his primacy is messed up.
