how can i on the lighting in players?

I have used a settings.dat which has the lighting turned on and it only worked in the referees, coaches and crowd.

I have tried it in NBA Live 2005 and it worked in the players,coaches,refs but it's still not perfect.

Is there a way to emulate your system hardware and make the computer think that I have a video card which has a display memory of 256mb and 256 bit rate?
