In online mode i can't select that team.

You can't play online with that team.
You can just play with the 30 NBA teams.

but there isnt' a way to change some value of teams.dbf for accept this team in online mode?

becouse i modify some value of teams.dbf and now i can choice this team in the first screen of online mode but the choise for next screen is disable.

learn english. you need to edit all references to that team as well, so that they will play with correct jerseys and rosters, and you need to change the team that has that value to a different value, probably the all-star one, so the game doesnt have two versions of the one team.
